Processing Time

When you place an order with Fabuliving, we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 7-10 business days for your order. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. 
Please refer to our shipping info for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

Receiving time consists of processing time and shipping time. For processing time, we may need up to 7-10 business days to prepare the items after you place the order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate. For handmade, hand painted or customized products, it might take an extra 15-20 days for production, which would be specified in our Product Description.
As for shipping time, please check the Shipping Info page. You can log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Track Order Details" button for more details.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed online, but you may contact Customer Service to make this request. We will make our best efforts to apply the requested change, however it may not be possible to stop or change an order that is already in process.

Note that many items that are non-returnable may not be cancelled. These products are identified on the product page and on your order confirmation. If there are any questions or concerns, Customer Service will work with you to clarify your options.

Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation. If an order ships prior to confirmation, you will be asked to submit a Return Authorization Request once you receive the item. A refund will be issued following the standard Return Process.
Change orders can typically follow the same procedure as a cancellation. The same stipulations outlined above apply.

International Ordering

Fubuliving has long term coperated international forwarders covering Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Western Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Russia. Most countries will suitable for our standard free shipping.

Fabuliving electrical products all meet the standards for UL/CE/SAA Standards.

We will according to customer's shipping address to choose the 110V or 220V wiring and lighting sources. If you need choose the product's voltage, please leave a message to our customer service, we will follow your request to customize for you.

Order and shipment confirmations. You will receive an order confirmation email which will include the order number that can be used to track your order in My Account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing which items have shipped. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship and arrive on different days, depending on stock availability.

Free Shipping

For normal-size products, we will choose express delivery for you. For some oversized products, such as large chandeliers and furniture. our standard shipping will require 25-40 days of transit time. The shipping time varies for each product, and we will specify the shipping time on each product page. If you need to expedite the shipping, please choose DHL, FedEx, or UPS express services and contact our customer service to inquire about specific courier costs.

Expedited Shipping 

If you need to expedite the shipping, please choose DHL, FedEx, or UPS express services and the expedite shipping cost may vary every week. Please contact our customer service to inquire about the specific shipping cost. The delivery times of DHL,FedEx and UPS usually is about 3-7 business days. Some oversized packages can't choose the expedite shipping, if you have a lead time request, please contact our customer service to check if our delivery time could meet your request.

Products Shipped From 

Fabuliving has multiple warehouses all over the world. We have warehouses in California, China, and the Czech Republic. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.

Duty & Taxes 

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by each country. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You can contact your country’s local customs department to estimate these fees.

Warranty

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee within 30 days. 

What we will need from you.
1. The Order number and item number;
2. A photo or video showing the issue;
3. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging;
We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a Partial refund of the defective product. We will pay for the defective part through a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. If you are very dissatisfied with this product, please do not hesitate to contact us, our customer team will provide you with a complete solution.

 

60 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 30 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.

For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team before Fabuliving will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Defective Goods

Products with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment - are handled differently than Damaged Goods (items that have been damaged by the carrier while in transit) which are discussed in the section below.

We ask that you report any product defects within 30 days of you receiving your order. After 30 days, Fabuliving will make every attempt to replace your product, however charges may apply.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.

We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.

1. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, or damaged items,we will reship to you at no charges.
2. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Order Acceptance Policy

Fabuliving.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and there may be certain orders that we cannot accept. Upon placing an order, you will be charged, and the order will be shipped within the timeframe stated on the product's specific page or under the "Shipping Policies" section of the website. In the event that the order cannot be shipped within 24 hours, we will hold your funds as a deposit for the product until it is shipped. Reasons for order cancellation may include limited quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In some cases, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. If your order is cancelled or if additional information is required, we will inform you. If the order is cancelled after payment is received, we will issue a credit for the charged amount through the original payment method.

Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales

Fabuliving.com reserves the right to limit the number of items that can be purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same payment account, billing and/or shipping address, or email address. If such limits are applied, we will notify the customer via the email and/or billing address provided. Fabuliving.com also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
